From M20 Junction 8

Leave M20 at Junction 8, follow signs to B2163 and Leeds Castle Continue on the B2163 through Leeds village to junction with A274. From Plough Pub turn left towards Sutton Valence in 1/2 mile turn right into Warmlake Road follow this road for 1 mile into Chart Sutton village, at Lilypie Cafe turn left into Chart Hill Road, down a long hill then turn left into Green Lane, then left again still Green Lane and we are approximately 600 yards on the right.

From Maidstone

Take the A274 towards Headcorn, about 1/2 mile after the Plough Pub turn right into Warmlake Road follow this road for 1 mile into Chart Sutton village, at Lilypie Cafe turn left into Chart Hill Road, down a long hill then turn left into Green Lane, then left again still Green Lane and we are approximately 600 yards on the right.

From Staplehurst

Leave Staplehurst on the A229 towards Maidstone in approximately 2 miles you will see a large sign to Chart Sutton, at the bend in the road turn right into Chart Hill Road follow this road for approximately 2 miles passing the Lord Raglan Pub on your right take the 2nd road on the right B&B sign and we are approximately half a mile on the right.
