Leave Staplehurst on the A229 towards Maidstone in approximately 2 miles you will see a large sign to Chart Sutton, at the bend in the road turn right into Chart Hill Road follow this road for approximately 2 miles passing the Lord Raglan Pub on your right take the 2nd road on the right B & B sign and we are approximately half a mile on the right.
