Brick Kiln Cottage, Self Catering Accommodation at White House Farm, Kent

Sue and Phil welcome you to stay at our self catering accommodation which is a converted barn, wheelchair accessible self catering cottage accommodating up to six people, nestling in the heart of the Kent countryside.

This small family farm is still surrounded by traditional hedgerows and English oaks and the fields are home to a variety of wildlife, including herons, kingfishers, ducks and woodpeckers which can be discovered on a leisurely walk along the stream, which flows through the farm.

If you prefer to rest, the gardens are available to read or watch the antics of the many birds that share this idyllic location. If discovery and adventure is more suited to your character you will not be disappointed by the range and diversity of places to visit for sporting activities that are available in the area. Course fishing in beautiful lakes just 1 mile away and if walks are your passion the Greensand Way, one of the many scenic trails we have in Kent. There are also a labyrinth of footpaths that allow guests to walk through the fields to the local pub where you can sample fine traditional ales and have a delightful meal.

We lost our hearts to Ightham Mote, Sissinghurst Castle and gardens and Scotney Castle. We are bound to come back for more .Thank you.
  • This was our fifth stay here and again we really enjoyed it. We really like the homemade bread and apple juice. We saw lots of Granny and Grandpa and our cousins. Thank you sooooooo much!
  • Thank you Sue & Phil for your goodies to eat and drink very good, the cottage is really good it is one of the best we have stayed in also Sue thanks for rescuing us when we got lost. We have had good weather which helps.
  • Sue & Phil, thank you for the bread (very tasty) milk and eggs, much appreciated start to our stay. It was a wonderful start to our visit with Abigail. We wish we had discovered the cottage first when looking for places to stay outside the London area. We would have booked the entire two week visit. The cottage is lovely and accessible enough to suit Sally. When we come back we will know who to call first.
  • Great days – great cottage – great gardens – great walks – great pubs – great English weather Thank you for an enjoyable few of days.
